Terms
These terms apply when you use ferit.ng or join the Ferit waitlist. Using the Ferit app will be covered by separate app terms, published before launch.
About Ferit
Ferit is a ride-hailing service being prepared for launch, first in Abuja. It's operated by Ferit Mobility LTD (RC 9266569), Karsana, Gwarimpa, Abuja. Lagos and Port Harcourt are planned after a successful launch in Abuja; we don't promise dates.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and doesn't oblige you to ride or drive with Ferit.
- Please give accurate details. One entry per person, email and phone number.
- We may remove entries that look automated, duplicated or fraudulent.
- You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected].
- The waitlist closes when the Ferit app launches.
Launch offers
- Riders: riders who join the waitlist get 20% off the fare (not the booking fee) on their first 3 rides, up to ₦5,000.
- Drivers: drivers who sign up in the first month after launch get one month of the subscription free.
To receive the rider offer, sign up in the Ferit app with the same email address you used on the waitlist. The discount applies to the fare only, not to the booking fee, and the total discount across the 3 rides is at most ₦5,000. Offers have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are for personal use only. We may withdraw an offer from accounts that abuse it.
Referral codes
Your waitlist code lets you share Ferit with friends and see how many joined with it. A referral code on the waitlist doesn't earn a reward by itself; any future referral programme will have its own published rules.
Prices shown on this site
Driver subscription prices (₦3,000 a day or ₦20,000 a week) and other information on this site describe Ferit as we plan to launch it. The prices and rules shown in the app at the time you use it apply.
Using this website
Don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or submit sign-ups automatically. The Ferit name and logo belong to us.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law (including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
